The Ski Saver was started with one simple idea - to bring professional-grade, ski & snowboard tuning services at the customer's convenience. 

 

Michael Colloca, The Ski Saver founder, previously managed a ski repair shop, and has earned certifications with most major ski companies, including Marker, Head, Rossignol, Tyrolia, and Fischer. As a lifelong enthusiast, Michael has gained the skills and experience to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

After earning an economics degree at San Diego State University, he left the ski industry to pursue a successful career in urban transit start-ups. During this time he reworked processes, consulted with clients, and built data dashboards for delivery, mobility, and car sharing companies. Always wanting to go into business for himself, he decided to venture out on his own and founded The Ski Saver in 2023.

 

His favorite mountains to ride are Mammoth Mountain and Alpine Meadows at Palisades Tahoe.
